I have been receiving colonic hydrotherapy from UK Holistics since Christmas.

Fairly quickly I noticed relief from my IBS symptoms of bloating and gas which had really been affecting every aspect of my life.

Also having tried lots of weight loss programmes through out my life, I found that once I experienced the colonic hydrotherapy treatments, my body started to work more efficiently resulting in a much more successful weight loss whilst on the weight loss detox programme.

Having lost one stone in weight and feeling much more comfortable and confident with my body image and weight, as a therapist, I was keen to train in the colonic hydrotherapy so that I could offer it to my clients for equal success.

Consequently I have just completed the most brilliant week training with Chris and Sally at UK Holistics and feel excited about providing this treatment to clients around the Coventry and Solihull area where I live.

I have to say that the training was a very steep learning curve for me with their very high, exacting standards but I felt totally valued and supported throughout.

As with all UK Holistics course there is a very holistic approach rather than just the basic knowledge.

For me the course was a refresher for the Diet and Nutrition qualification which I had completed with them last year but with a large emphasis on the practical application throughout. It was very practically orientated which as therapist made it far more relevant than other courses. Sally and Chris ensured that from day one of the course, I carried out practical aspects of the treatment which then built up to a being able to successfully carry out the full treatment to ‘real ‘ clients by the end of the week.

I feel now I am a real advert for colonic hydrotherapy and the weight loss detox programme and as a therapist I am passionate about people achieving this wonderful quality of health and well being.

I just wanted to write a quick note to express my thanks for a wonderful day on Friday.

When I booked the ‘Transformational Breath’ day, to be honest I was expecting a quiet meditation day with some gentle breathing exercises.

When I arrived with my duvet and three pillows I thought ‘LOVELY’.

What a shock! Whilst you explained what was going to happen and then my power card was turned over my first thoughts were, OH NO! NOT THAT AGAIN! I wanted to leave.

What happened that day was magical and it was because you are both such beautiful people. You encouraged us to let go of all our fears, our anger, our resentment, our rejections, you hugged us when we desperately needed it and you put or helped put the magic back into our lives.

I went from feeling wretched to feeling elated in such a short space of time. I managed to release my deepest darkest thoughts and feelings to make room for the happy times I had long forgotton.

I have struggled for years with feelings of anger and resentment, I have suppressed them them because I was always told, ‘Don’t show yourself up, be mindful of what others think of you’. My emotions just built up inside and the pit of my stomach got heavier.

During the first session I couldn’t believe how quickly the anger all came out. At first I was embarrassed and tried to keep it in but I remembered Chris had said we were safe and then I sobbed like a baby.

It was instant, my whole body changed. It felt as though I had fizzy bubbles all around my body, it was wonderful.

During the lunch break I realised that all those wonderful ladies who were there that day were incredible people, I and my experiences were not isolated and we had an instant bond.

When we went back into the room for the second session I watched both you and Sally fold that furry blanket around the room and fill it with love before we started and I felt an immense rush of love for you both. You truly are special people, you have huge hearts and I am blessed to have joined you at your school.

Thank you for a most wonderful day. I realise now that I have a wonderful life and it is up to me to do something with it. Thank you for being part of my experience.

Here at Ukholistics for 2010 we are able to offer you The Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy Validated at Practitioner Level by The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK).

Graduates from this course are eligible for professional registration with The General Hypnotherapy Register at full Practitioner status, Registration will also entitle you to a listing on the National Regulatory Register for Hypnotherapy

 Incorporated within the delivery of our Hypnotherapy training you will find  a range of techniques drawn from different disciplines that we have found to be the most effective tools for change . These are moulded into an approach tailored for the specific needs of each client.  Drawing on recent discoveries and ideas from Positive Psychology, Cognitive therapy,  Gestalt ,NLP and incorporate them into a Modern Model of Hypnothearpy training , in Keeping  with  current legislation and guidelines. 

 No experience is necessary as the training programme is professionally designed and written to give you a thorough and sound knowledge of the application of ethical clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy, even if you have no previous experience of the field.

The qualifications you receive allow you to easily obtain professional liability insurance

This is a one year course: the programme is modular, and spread over  (20 days).To build your skills to clinical level as you progress to the end of the course.

The total study time is 150 hours classroom time
Plus one to one supervision, home study including reading and homework, assignments and portfolio;  Students must attend all 20 days
