Terms and Conditions

1. Courses are secured by paying a deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Withdrawal from courses at any stage will incur the full cost of the course being charged, including any external CIBTAC Exam fees
3. Courses should be paid for in full no later than 3 weeks before the course date, unless prior arrangements have been made with UK Holistics
4. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the course date and No Shows will incur the full cost of the course fees
5. Instalment Plans – payments can be made in instalments throughout the length of attending a course
6. All courses need to be paid for in full before any certificates are issued
7. From time to time UK Holistics may have Special Offers and only one offer can be used at any one time
8. UK Holistics reserves the right to charge for additional administration work over and beyond the expected course work
9. UK Holistics is VAT Registered 989 0200 04. Prices are inclusive of VAT
